A little weekend bonding and 2 pregnancy announcments!!!

Friday ~ I got to go see my friends new baby girl.  She is so tiny and prescious.  I just love her to pieces.  Her name is Brooke Antonette, LOVE IT! While visiting her I also got suprised with the news that yet another one of my friends is pregnant.  So happy for her but a little disappointed she didn't tell me herself.  I know people are affraid to tell me because of our losses but it still hurts to hear it from someone else.  I am so overjoyed for her!

Saturday ~ I went to the NW Womens Show in Seattle with my cousin this weekend.  We had a BLAST!!!  I had never been to one before but will definitely be going back again next year.  We were there to support my cousin who has just started her own business.  She sells these great little Kozy Kups for you drinks (see pic above) check them out at http://www.kozykup.com/.  We came home with about 10 lbs of free make-up/beauty/health products.  My cousin has herself been suffering with infertility and miscarriages so it was nice to spend a day chatting with someone who understands what it's like every time you see a women with a newborn or toddler and how your heart aches for the babies that could have been and the babies that will hopefully be some day.

Sunday ~ I got to spend an amazing day with my DH.  First we went to a co-workers son's 1st birthday which was a little uncomfortable as we didn't really know any one there and there was a lady there with a two week old baby who when I asked her if he was a good baby said to me "No he's a Bratt".  WTF!! How can a two week old be a brat?  And these people get to have children!  Well, we made it through the torture of the party and then spent the rest of the day at our local theater pub having a wonderful date with yummy Artichoke dip appetizer a viewing of Alice in Wonderland in 3-D, a lovely dinner (enjoyed while watching the movie) and a trip to the book store.  It was perfect.  I love spending time with my DH.  Came home Sunday night to a wonderful We're Pregnant post on one of the blogs I follow by and amazing girl!  I love to hear when fellow bloggies are pregnant after so much struggle.  Congratulations!!!!

Side Note:
I'm assuming these are all side effects of my lovely new BCP but I am experiencing all of the symptoms of pregancy and it is PISSING me off because I know it's not possible.
Also, if you could all send your prayers my husbands way, he is interviewing for a new job today.  9-5, M-F weekends off.  This would be the first job in our 12 years together that he would have a weekends off day job :)
